Be still and find rest in our hidden chapel and peaceful garden on the edge of the Peak District

Whirlow Spirituality Centre offers a welcoming haven of stillness, peace, and sanctuary for worship, reflection, and hospitality. We provide a diverse programme of services and events, and our spaces are available for personal prayer, quiet contemplation, or for hosting larger gatherings.

Set in attractive, tranquil gardens, Whirlow's Chapel and adjacent rooms are an ideal location for quiet days, retreats or events. The main buildings are fully accessible and can be hired on a sessional basis (morning, afternoon or evening.) To discuss your requirements and check availability please get in touch.

A number of smaller spaces at Whirlow Spirituality Centre are also bookable for personal prayer and reflection, and our gardens are always available to visitors.

We do not offer overnight accommodation or provide catering, other than ample supplies of tea and fresh coffee! We are however happy to advise on local catering services and we have a small, well equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use.
