Based on detailed work by a PCC approved group, external architects and quantity surveyors, the project is costed at £350,000, including VAT.

Wheelchair accessible facilities, £22,000

Youth group meeting room/snug, £6,000

General redecoration & refurbishment, £48,000

Drainage and tanking to address damp issues, £18,000

External repointing, health & safety improvements and allowance for scaffolding for all exterior work, £52,000

Professional and contractor fees (contingency etc), £99,000

To pay for the refurbishment, we will be seeking grants but will need to raise funds from our church family and local community.
